qk11 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "qk11" / "the Operator" / "We" / "Us" refers to qk11 and its affiliated entities operating the qk11 platform accessible at qk11.app.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the qk11 platform for any purpose.
• "Platform" refers to the qk11 website, mobile-optimised site, all associated pages, services, products, and features available at qk11.app, including the casino, sportsbook, instant games, and all related content.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player on the qk11 platform, identified by a unique username and password combination.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in PKR that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process, which requires a Player to submit identity and address documentation to confirm their identity and age.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all transactions on the qk11 platform are denominated.

By accessing the qk11 platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager — whether for real money or for any bonus credit — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions, along with qk11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for using qk11. If you disagree with any provision contained herein, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the qk11 platform and close your Account by contacting qk11 support.

qk11 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, qk11 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

To register and maintain an Account on qk11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. qk11 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on qk11.
• You are registering the Account for your own personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on qk11 that was closed, restricted, or terminated by qk11 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent for any third party in connection with any wager or transaction on qk11.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a qk11 employee.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

qk11 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of qk11.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the qk11 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

Where qk11 identifies that a Player holds or has attempted to hold more than one Account, qk11 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate Accounts immediately without prior notice;
• Void any and all wagers, bonuses, and winnings associated with the duplicate Accounts;
• Withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation;
• Permanently ban the Player from the qk11 platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your qk11 Login username or password with any third party. qk11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security.

You must notify qk11 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All financial transactions on the qk11 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). qk11 does not charge Players for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which qk11 accepts no liability.

qk11 currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — Instant wallet transfer. Minimum deposit: PKR 500.
• EasyPaisa — Instant wallet transfer. Minimum deposit: PKR 500.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — Bank transfer. Processing times may vary.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — Bank transfer. Processing times may vary.
• Meezan Bank — Bank transfer. Shariah-compliant banking option.
• Raast — State Bank of Pakistan's instant interbank payment system.
• USDT TRC20 — Cryptocurrency deposits, converted to PKR at prevailing market rates at time of credit.

qk11 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified by qk11 will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit on the qk11 platform. qk11 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed by the qk11 payments team and are subject to verification checks.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification is mandatory before qk11 will process any withdrawal above a specified PKR threshold. KYC requires you to submit the following documentation:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Where applicable, a photograph of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash account).

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. qk11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to any account not previously used for a deposit on the same Player account.

Estimated withdrawal processing times by payment method are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Typically within 15 minutes of approval.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast: Typically within 1–3 business days.
• USDT TRC20: Typically within 24 hours of approval.

These timelines are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume, during national holidays, or where additional verification is required. qk11 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or bank.

qk11 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

qk11 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and PSL-specific promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players only, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate than slot games. Contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• qk11 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional offer where it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or collusion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.

qk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

All games available on the qk11 platform — including live casino, slots, cricket betting, Wheel, Mines, and any other games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules specifically address a situation not covered herein.

qk11 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games and sources its live casino content from tier-1 game providers whose software is independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available on request for all RNG-based games.

qk11 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already determined;
• An obvious pricing or odds error occurred and the Player knowingly exploited the error;
• The bet was placed using any automated, robotic, or software-assisted method not expressly authorised by qk11;
• A technical error or system failure affected the outcome or recording of the wager.

In the event of a disputed game outcome, the result recorded in qk11's server logs shall be the final and definitive record, unless qk11 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qk11 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the qk11 platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in any automated manner not expressly permitted by qk11;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform rather than reporting them to qk11;
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with any sporting event offered on the qk11 sportsbook;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qk11 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

qk11 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, and match-fixing, to the relevant authorities. Cooperation with law enforcement requests is mandatory under applicable law.

qk11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. In accordance with this commitment, qk11 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a specified time period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanently closing it.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qk11 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any qk11 content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the qk11 platform or any associated software;
• Create derivative works based on qk11 content;
• Use qk11's name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by qk11.

Any unauthorised use of qk11's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qk11 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the qk11 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or failures;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security.

qk11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your qk11 Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit qk11's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

qk11 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Where qk11 considers a change to be material — for example, a change that significantly affects your rights or obligations — qk11 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via an in-platform notification, with reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the qk11 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to qk11's operating jurisdiction as a licensed online gaming operator.
